green onion
shallot
oil
1. Slice shallot/ red onion and green onion
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan
3. Fry the red onion and green onion in a frying fan for a minutes
4. Cook the rice

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan or a cast iron
2. Break the egg in half and cook it for 5 minutes over medium-low heat
3. season with salt and pepper
4. take a spatula and lift the egg out of the pan
5. lay it on a plate
